Meet at The Vale Cafe and Wellness studio in the back car park behind the cafe at 0915. We are hoping to offer a 5km and 10km route depending on demand and ability. We will all start together and run on the road to West Stoke CarPark , along the trail to the foot of Kingley Vale, through the Ancient Yew forest, and either up to the burial mounds at the top (10k) or turning back to the Vale Cafe for a well-earned brunch.
