2. Booking and Payments

Pilates & Studio Services:

• All classes must be booked in advance via our website or booking platform.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Packages, memberships, and drop-in sessions are subject to availability and are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or class credit.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class or session fee.

Café Services:

• Café orders are processed in person.

• For pre-orders or catering, full payment may be required in advance and separate terms may apply.

3. Health and Safety

• By attending a Pilates class, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no known health conditions that would prevent you from participating.

• You must complete a health questionnaire prior to your first class.

• You agree to inform us of any changes to your health and follow instructor guidance during classes.

• The Vale is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.

• Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
