Refund Policy

At The Vale, we are committed to providing exceptional service and quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or experience, please read below for our refund policy regarding both our Pilates services and café/food purchases.

1. Pilates Services

 

Class Bookings, Passes & Memberships

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your class booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund or credit back to your account.

  • Late Cancellations / No Shows: If you cancel after the deadline or do not attend, the class will be charged in full and is non-refundable.

  • Class Passes: Non-refundable once purchased unless required by law. Unused classes within the pass period are not refunded.

  • Memberships: Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 30 days notice before your next billing date. No partial refunds are given for months already paid.

 

Private Sessions & Workshops

  • Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

 

Class Cancellations by The Vale

  • If we cancel a class or session (e.g., due to instructor illness or low attendance), you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to reschedule or receive a class credit.

2. Café & Food Purchases

 

In-Store Purchases

  • All food and drink sales are final once prepared or served.

  • If a product is faulty, spoiled, or not as described, please let us know immediately and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

 

Pre-Orders & Catering

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before collection/delivery.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be non-refundable, depending on preparation status.

 

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
