🧘♂️ This 5-week Beginners Yoga Course at The Vale Studio is designed for anyone new to yoga or looking to return to the basics with confidence. 📅 Running from Sunday 11th January to Sunday 15th February, the course introduces the fundamental elements of yoga, including basic postures, breathing techniques, alignment, and relaxation. Each session builds gradually, helping you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness at a comfortable pace. 🌿 With a small class size, you’ll receive clear guidance and individual support throughout, making this an ideal space to ask questions and explore your practice safely. No previous yoga experience is needed - just come as you are.
