The Vale Run Club is back and everyone’s invited!
📍 Start & finish: The Vale Café & Wellness Studio
⏰ 08:45 (meet at 08:40)
Park in the back car park of The Vale Cafe and Wellness studio at 08:40 to leave promptly at 08:45. There will be a led run of a new route 10k with a turning point to go back to cafe half way which won’t be led. Hopefully may see a few bluebells along the way!
👟 We will run at a social pace which means waiting for each other from time to time.,
