Our Studio is a large, open and versatile space that can be transformed to suit almost any birthday party theme. Whether you're planning games, soft play, dance class, entertainers or simply plenty of space for children to play together, the room provides a blank canvas for your celebration.
The Studio benefits from plenty of natural light, step-free access and exclusive use throughout your booking, giving you the flexibility to decorate the room, organise activities and celebrate at your own pace.
Homemade Party Food
No birthday party is complete without delicious food. While the children enjoy celebrating in the Studio, our café prepares freshly made party food using quality ingredients, with options to suit children and adults alike.
Choose from children's picnic boxes, buffet platters or sharing food, with unlimited squash for the children and barista-made coffee available for the grown-ups. We can also cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements.

What ages are your kids birthday parties suitable for?
Our birthday party packages are suitable for children of all ages, from first birthday celebrations through to older children's parties. Whether you're planning a relaxed gathering for toddlers or a fun-filled party with games and entertainment, our spacious Studio provides the perfect setting.
Can parents stay during the party?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay and relax while the children celebrate. Our café will be open throughout the party, serving freshly brewed coffee, cakes and food for anyone wishing to purchase refreshments.
how many guests will fit in the studio?
Our private Studio can comfortably accommodate both smaller birthday celebrations and larger children's parties up to 50 guests. If you're unsure which package is best for your group, get in touch and we'll be happy to recommend the best option based on your guest numbers and party plans.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely. We'd be delighted to show you around The Vale Studio before you book. Seeing the space in person is the best way to picture your child's birthday celebration, ask any questions and discuss your ideas. Simply get in touch to arrange a convenient time, and we'll happily give you a tour of the venue.
Can we cater it ourselves?
We don't allow outside catering so you'll need to pick one of our catering options for the event. However, we do allow you to bring your own cake or edible favours if you wish. We do have an in-house baker so let us know if you would like a quote for a cake!
do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and many other dietary requirements with advance notice. Our homemade party food is freshly prepared in our café, and we'll work with you to make sure every guest can enjoy the celebration safely.
Can we hire entertainers or organise games?
Of course. Our spacious private Studio is ideal for entertainers such as magicians, princesses, character visits, dance instructors, soft play and party games. If you're planning something special, just let us know when booking so we can help everything run smoothly.
can we play our own music?
There is a bluetooth speaker in the room which you are welcome to connect to or we can play a Spotify playlist for you.
Can we decorate the Studio?
Absolutely! You're welcome to decorate the Studio with balloons, banners and themed decorations to make the party your own. Whether it's superheroes, princesses, dinosaurs or something completely unique, we'll provide a blank canvas for you to create the perfect celebration.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend dates are particularly popular, so we recommend booking your children's birthday party as early as possible to secure your preferred date. If you're planning a last-minute celebration, please get in touch - we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
