Unlike traditional function rooms, our converted barn combines rustic character with modern comfort. The Glass Room has large windows that fill the room with natural light, making it the ideal setting for a baby shower in Chichester, with plenty of space for games, gifts, decorations and photographs. Baby Shower FAQs
what time can we have the room from?
Due to the Café being open everyday, the earliest time we can provide the Glass Room as a private space from you is from 3pm onwards. If you'd like to hold the shower earlier than this, we can explore using the Studio instead which is a much bigger space but could still be made special.
do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely but will need a minimum of 48 hours prior notice for any allergies or dietary requirements. If no notice is given, we will do our best on the day to give suitable options.
can we cater it ourselves?
We don't allow outside catering so you'll need to pick one of our catering options for the event. However, we do allow you to bring your own cake or edible favours if you wish. We do have an in-house baker so let us know if you would like a quote for a cake!
is the room completely private?
You will have exclusive use of the room but access to the toilets is in that room so we will set up a privacy screen to allow customers to reach the toilets without disturbing you. This is only needed during cafe opening hours.
can we play our own music?
There is a Sonos speaker in the room which you are welcome to connect to or we can play a Spotify playlist for you.
how many guests will fit in the glass room?
The Glass Room can fit up to 20 guests comfortably with a spare table for food/gifts. If you have more guests than this, we can explore hosting the event in our Studio which can hold up to 50 guests.
